Integrating and healing from loss and grief

It is normal to feel grief from any transition or change, be it the loss of a loved one, move or job change, and other life transitions.

There are many societal expectations around grief. What and how long something should be grieved. The ways of grieving. If you don’t feel grief, something is wrong with you. Is it okay to grieve this or that? Why don’t I feel grief around this, but I do feel it around that?

You. may be feeling other emotions around the loss or change. Confusion, unexpressed emotions, unresolved issues. The internal experience of change does not always have a timeline, and the only agenda grief has is to transform. In its purity, the emotion of grief can be transformative and healing.

You are not broken. You do not need to be fixed.

You may want a more vibrant and fulfilled experience in life, but you sense grief or something else is in the way. You may just need a safe space to explore untapped emotions or energies, and not know how long it will take. Loss uncovers the uncomfortable, providing an opportunity for healing unhealthy patterns and behaviors.

How do you move beyond the painful experience of grief to its healing power?

By acknowledging and releasing the patterns, behaviors and beliefs that emerge from loss. By tapping into your creativity and subtle energies, you can flow with the openings that change brings.

If you are ready to restore movement and vitality into your life to access the healing power of grief, let’s collaborate together using energy work and creative expression to support you in bringing grief, and all the other emotions that come with it, to the table.

Pure grief cleanses the heart, allowing for life to be lived more fully.
